Hur bygger man ett lyckligt grannskap? 💡 Svaret har vår affärsutvecklingschef Andreas Back, som tillsammans med teamet på Bonava snart har färdigställt grannskapet Tomtebo gård i Umeå. ”Vi är stolta över att vi på så kort tid, tack vare ett väldigt fint och dedikerat samarbete i teamet, lyckats skapa nya hem för nästan 450 familjer – och där de flesta redan har flyttat in”, berättar Andreas. Exciting News from Bonava in the Baltics!   We're thrilled to announce the start of production on three new housing projects in the region, bringing a total of 240 homes to Vilnius, Tallinn, and Riga. 🏡 In Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, our Forest Gate neighbourhood will offer 101 energy-efficient and close-to-nature homes just 7 kilometres from the city centre. 🏡 In Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, we're commencing the final phase of the neighbourhood Pikaliiva Kaarmaja, featuring 81 homes in a leafy area outside the city centre. 🏡 In Riga, the capital of Latvia, construction work is commencing on the Blūmendāles Majas project, with 58 eco-friendly and functional homes. Each of these projects will feature rooftop solar panels and electric car charging infrastructure, and, in several of the projects, residents will have access to a shared bicycle workshop.   Read more about our projects here: https://lnkd.in/d7vTQ4hf
